Income Tax Associate

US Law Firm based in New York is seeking an Income Tax Associate with 4 to 7 years of experience at an Am Law 100 or Am Law 200 firm. The ideal candidate will have significant experience advising on corporate international tax planning and cross-border structuring, including the design, implementation, and post-implementation of complex acquisitions, business combinations, restructurings, global expansions, and fund structures.
Additional experience with M&A transactions is a plus. The successful candidate will be highly technical yet able to integrate tax considerations within broader business and transactional structures, collaborating closely with other groups and clients on sophisticated, high-profile matters.
