We are seeking an experienced
Product Owner
with a strong consulting background and a proven track record in
large-scale financial system implementations . The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in
nCino
and will be responsible for defining product vision, owning epics, and managing features and user stories throughout the development lifecycle. This role requires the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, engage with clients, and support future client onboarding initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Product Ownership & Delivery
Own and manage product
epics ,
features , and
user stories
end-to-end. Prioritize and maintain a well-groomed product backlog aligned with business goals. Collaborate with engineering, design, QA, and business stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of product increments. Define acceptance criteria and ensure deliverables meet business and regulatory requirements. Conduct sprint planning, backlog refinement, and participate actively in agile ceremonies. Consulting & Stakeholder Engagement
Act as a trusted advisor to clients, using consulting expertise to translate business problems into product capabilities. Lead workshops, discovery sessions, and solution scoping engagements. Communicate product roadmap, design decisions, and implementation strategies to internal and external stakeholders. Financial Systems & nCino Expertise
Lead product strategy and solution design for financial services processes (e.g., lending, onboarding, credit, operational workflows). Work hands-on with
nCino
platform capabilities, configurations, and feature enhancements. Partner with technical and functional teams to support nCino solution optimization and implementation. Client Onboarding & Future Growth
Support future client onboarding initiatives, including assessing requirements, planning implementation phases, and aligning product capabilities. Develop repeatable frameworks, playbooks, and best practices for successful customer onboarding. Collaborate with customer success teams to enable seamless adoption of new features and product releases. Required Qualifications
5-10 years of experience working as a
Product Owner , Business Analyst, or equivalent role. Strong consulting background with experience in large-scale
financial system implementations . nCino
experience is
mandatory
(certifications preferred). Hands-on experience writing detailed epics, features, and user stories. Solid understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, SAFe, Kanban). Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work in fast-paced, dynamic environments with competing priorities.
