Address customer billing questions and efficiently process payments
Present and discuss Spectrum products and services to meet customer needs
Interact professionally to represent Spectrum’s commitment to quality
Resolve customer concerns in alignment with company policies
Remain knowledgeable about Spectrum services to provide informed assistance
Accurately document customer account records
Participate in coaching sessions and adhere to work schedules
Working Conditions

What You’ll Bring to Spectrum Required Qualifications Education
High school diploma or equivalent
Experience
Experience providing core basic customer service to external customers
Skills
Ability to read, write, speak and understand English
Preferred Qualifications Experience
6+ months customer service or related experience
6+ months of heavy volume phone experience
6+ months working with computers and software applications
Experience in cable operations or telecommunications call center
Skills
Ability to navigate multiple systems, applications, and tools simultaneously while handling calls and maintaining a high standard of customer service
