
Salesforce Developer - INTL Brazil

A New York-based hospital is seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer to build and enhance solutions across clinical operations, patient engagement, and service workflows. This role focuses on Salesforce development, AI/Agentforce, and telephony integrations.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities Include: • Develop Apex, LWC, Aura, and integrations using REST/SOAP • Configure and support Service Cloud Voice, CTI, and OmniChannel • Build AI-driven automation using Agentforce, Flows, and custom actions • Optimize performance of AI agents, intents, and data models • Collaborate with Agile/Scrum teams and maintain documentation

Required Skills & Experience • Strong Apex, LWC, SOQL/SOSL, and Salesforce platform expertise • Handson experience with Service Cloud Voice and Amazon Connect • Agentforce development and prompt engineering experience • Data Cloud and custom action development • SFDX, Git, and CI/CD (Copado/Gearset/Jenkins) • Salesforce Platform Developer I & II 3+ years Salesforce development + 6-12 months voice/AI experience
