SALCO Industrial Doors USA is expanding.
To support our growth across the Western United States, we are looking for an experienced Regional Sales Manager who understands the cold storage and controlled-environment industry and knows how to build strong dealer and customer relationships.
This is a ground-floor growth opportunity within a rapidly expanding international industrial door manufacturer.

As our presence in North America continues to grow, we are expanding our sales organization to strengthen our footprint across the Western United States.
Your Role As Western Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing new business, building a strong dealer and distributor network, and expanding SALCO’s market share in cold storage, food processing and agricultural applications.
This role requires a true hunter mentality, strong technical sales capabilities, and the willingness to travel extensively throughout the region.
Territory Western United States. Primary focus on candidates based near a major airport in California, Nevada, or Arizona.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute the regional sales strategy for cold storage and industrial door solutions "from quote to order"
Identify, prospect and close new accounts (GCs, cold storage builders, end users and dealer partners)
Build and manage a high-performing dealer and distributor network
Conduct site visits, project walkthroughs and technical consultations
Deliver product presentations and lunch-and-learn sessions
Collaborate with the National Sales Manager and European HQ on large project opportunities
Maintain accurate CRM tracking and pipeline forecasting
Represent SALCO at trade shows and industry events
Qualifications
Required
5+ years of outside B2B sales experience
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets
Willingness to travel 50%+
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset
Preferred
Experience in the cold storage industry
Industrial door or loading dock equipment experience
Experience working with distributor or dealer sales networks
Familiarity with food processing, logistics or controlled-environment construction
