Assistant Designer
to support our design team. This role is perfect for a recent graduate or early-career designer who is excited to learn the full design and development process within a growing fashion brand. This position will work closely with our Lead Designer and assist in bringing new collections from concept to production.
Responsibilities
Assist with creating and updating tech packs for production
Support the design team with CADs, colorways, and Illustrator updates
Organize Pantones, fabrics, trims, and design references
Assist with sample tracking and organization
Help prepare materials for factory communication and revisions
Assist with line sheets and seasonal collection organization
Support with fit comments and tech pack updates after fittings
Help maintain organized design files and product development timelines
Assist with photoshoot preparation and product styling needs
Qualifications
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design or related field
0–2 years experience
Familiar with Adobe Illustrator
Highly organized and detail-oriented
Strong interest in apparel design and product development
