POSITION SUMMARY Provides efficient and accurate consumer/mortgage loan servicing, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations. Provides excellent customer service to borrowers. ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS Responsible for taking inbound calls from consumer and mortgage customers. Maintain accurate and up-to-date loan records in the system related to customer service notes, insurance maintenance and follow-up and other relevant information. Responsible for auditing loan files Generates reports and/or complete project work as needed. Regular and predictable attendance is an essential requirement of the position. Responsible for the completion of all compliance training related to the position. Must understand all applicable laws and regulations that apply to the position and comply with the requirements. NON-ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Performs all other duties as assigned. EXPERIENCE/SKILLS One (1) -two (2) years of experience in loan servicing, customer service or related field preferred. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail. Basic Microsoft skills (Word, Excel, Outlook). Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines. Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing. Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. EDUCATION High School Diploma or GED required.
