The Role We are looking for a part-time Administrative Assistant / Listing Coordinator to support our team with day-to-day operations and help our business run smoothly. This role is perfect for someone who is organized, tech-savvy, works independently, is a team player, and enjoys learning systems that improve efficiency.

Responsibilities

Coordinate listings, including entering properties into MLS, preparing marketing materials, and managing listing timelines

Schedule property showings and manage appointment calendars for agents

Assist with team systems, CRMs, and workflows to improve efficiency

Handle administrative tasks, including Excel spreadsheets, data management, and documentation

Identify process improvements and proactively solve problems

Support the team in providing a seamless client experience

Qualifications

Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated

Comfortable working independently and taking initiative

Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Excel and general office software

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

Desire to learn and grow into higher-level responsibilities, including eventual office management and oversight of backend systems

Compensation $16 - $20 hourly
