Leasing Consultant
to join our teamat one of our apartment communities in
Hoffman Estates
. This individual will play a key role inmaintaininga high occupancy rate at our community byidentifyingqualified prospects, guiding them through the leasing process, and ensuring resident satisfaction.
We are looking for someone who is not only knowledgeable in property management and leasing practices but also excels in relationship-building and communication. This position requiresa strong senseof urgency, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

9 AM to 5:30 PM (however hours may vary) Monday to Friday

Bilingual in English and Spanish (required) Proven experience as a Leasing Consultant orin asalesfocused position A consistenttrack recordof exceeding sales targets Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills A customer-first mindset with the ability to build rapport quickly and provide tailored solutions Strong understanding of local leasing laws, fair housing regulations, and compliance standards
What you will be doing:
As a
Leasing Consultant
, your primary goalis to provide prospective residents with the information and support they need to make confident, informed decisions about leasing.You’llserve as the first point of contact for many future tenants, guiding them through the leasing process, answering questions, andshowcasingthe features and benefits of the community.
This role is essential inmaintaininghigh occupancy rates and ensuring a welcoming, professional leasing experience from start to finish.
Core responsibilities include:
Professionally present available apartments to prospective residents through in-person tours, virtual tours, and phone/email communication Collaborate with the Community Manager and leasing team toidentify, attract, and qualify potential tenants Market vacant units using a mix of online listings, social media, signage, and outreach events to generate leads andmaintainvisibility Accurately communicate community features, floorplans, pricing, availability, and lease terms to prospects Guide prospects through the leasing process frominitialinquiry to signed lease, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal regulations Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the local rental market, competitor communities, and emerging trends Perform routine inspections of model units and vacant apartments to ensureoptimalpresentation and functionality Assistwith resident retention efforts, community events, and ongoing customer service to enhance resident satisfaction and engagement

This position will require you to work on-site at the property in
Hoffman Estates.
