Role summary: Own landing-zone and onboarding reference architectures (identity, network, policy) and govern technical decisions/exceptions. Key responsibilities
Define reference architectures and standards for onboarding patterns (tenancy, IAM, network segmentation, policies). Chair/lead design reviews, document decisions (ADRs), and manage exceptions with risk-based rationale. Align architecture with security/compliance requirements and platform engineering implementation realities. Provide hands-on guidance for complex onboardings and unblock cross-domain issues. Required qualifications
Strong GCP architecture depth across IAM, networking, and governance/policy concepts. Proven experience with enterprise architecture governance and regulated controls. Success measures
Consistent patterns across onboarded apps; reduced architectural rework; fewer exceptions over time.
