For our Payment Customer Service Representative, $15-$16/hour.

What You Will Do As a Payment Customer Service Representative you will be the liaison between the Company and the customer.

Process customer monthly payments.

Manage large amounts of inbound calls in a timely manner

Engaging in active listening with callers, confirming or clarifying information and diffusing any customers, as needed.

Connects very quickly; builds and leverages client relationships.

The Perfect Match

Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred

Sales or customer service experience

High School Diploma or GED

Ability to build relationships with sales customers

Excellent follow-up and multi-tasking skills

Ambitious professional motivated by opportunity for advancement

Excellent written and verbal communication skills
