We are looking for a highly organized, creative

Influencer Coordinator

to support our growing influencer program while also assisting with social media content creation.

Position Overview The Influencer Coordinator will manage day-to-day influencer partnerships while supporting the creation of social media content for Bohme. This role blends relationship management, campaign coordination, and hands‑on content creation.

You will work closely with the marketing, social, and creative teams to ensure influencer campaigns run smoothly while helping produce content that aligns with Bohme’s aesthetic and brand voice.

Key Responsibilities Influencer Program Management

Identify, research, and recruit influencers that align with Bohme’s brand and target audience

Manage influencer outreach, communication, and relationship building

Coordinate product gifting, campaign briefs, and posting timelines

Track influencer deliverables and ensure all content is delivered on time

Monitor influencer performance and report on campaign results

Manage influencer contracts, usage rights, and approvals

Maintain and organize influencer database and partnerships

Campaign Coordination

Assist in planning influencer campaigns tied to product launches, seasonal promotions, and brand initiatives

Coordinate campaign briefs, creative direction, and content guidelines

Ensure influencers follow brand messaging and content requirements

Collaborate with paid media and social teams to maximize top‑performing influencer content

Content Creation Support

Assist with filming social media content for Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms

Help edit short‑form videos and prepare content for posting

Support content planning and brainstorming for social campaigns

Work with the creative team to ensure content aligns with Bohme’s brand aesthetic

Product Seeding & Community Engagement

Coordinate product gifting to creators, stylists, and brand partners

Track gifted product and resulting content

Support community engagement by identifying creators already wearing and loving Bohme

Qualifications

1–3 years of experience in influencer marketing, social media, or content creation

Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, and influencer marketing trends

Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills

Highly organized with strong attention to detail

Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines at once

Comfortable assisting with content creation and social media production

Basic video editing skills (CapCut, or similar tools preferred)

Preferred Skills

Experience working with influencer management platforms

Familiarity with fashion, lifestyle, or retail brands

Strong eye for social media aesthetics and storytelling

Understanding of social media analytics and campaign performance tracking
