Job Brief Seeking a CADD Designer with 0 – 5 years of experience to join our Public Works and Avaition divisions, supporting engineering and planning teams with high-quality design and drafting. Our team focuses on projects that impact communities around New England, including storm and wastewater management, airport design and planning, public infrastructure, civil and environmental investigations, runways and taxiways, and more.
Responsibilities
Create accurate, detailed drawings and base maps from initial field data to final polished products.
Collaborate closely with engineers, planners, and project managers to ensure design intent and standards are met.
Participate in data collection, interpreting survey and design information for use in CADD software.
Contribute to a variety of projects with opportunities for professional growth and advancement.
Requirements
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, or related discipline (or equivalent experience) preferred not required.
Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D.
Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and a positive, team-oriented attitude.
Ability to learn quickly and adapt to evolving project requirements.
Compensation Compensation: $90,000 per year
