Degree Heating & Cooling is expanding — and we’re looking for a Licensed Residential Plumber (P2 or higher) who wants to earn great money, work year‑round, and help build something big.
We’re a well‑established HVAC company with a strong reputation in the Danbury area, and we’re growing our plumbing team. This is an opportunity to join early, have a voice in the department, and be rewarded for your performance.

What You’ll Do
Perform residential plumbing service, repairs, and installations
Diagnose plumbing issues and present solutions clearly to homeowners
Run service calls and communicate scope and pricing
Maintain a clean, organized truck and job site
Participate in team meetings and ongoing training
What We’re Looking For
Active Connecticut Plumbing License (P2 preferred)
Experience with residential service and installation
Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
Excellent communication and customer service skills
ServiceTitan experience (a plus, not required)
Valid driver’s license
Physical Requirements
Ability to lift 50+ lbs
Comfortable working in crawlspaces, attics, and confined areas
Ability to climb ladders and operate tools safely
Work performed in residential homes in varying seasonal conditions
