What We Offer:
Competitive pay - $19.00 per hour + commissions Up to $100 per lease (new and renewal leases)
Annual performance reviews with the opportunity for raises Employees are eligible for 20% off rent at any Monarch community, terms and conditions apply

What You'll Do:
Support the Property Manager with day-to-day operations
Help maximize lease renewals (earn commission!)
Build and maintain strong resident relationships
Show and lease apartments when needed (earn commission!)
Ensure marketing efforts are up-to-date and effective
What You’ll Need:
High school diploma or equivalent
2+ years of experience in multifamily housing preferred
Strong computer skills (Yardi experience a plus)
A knack for solving problems and resolving conflicts
