Primary Duties
Take inbound, pre-qualified B2B sales calls booked directly on your calendar via Google Meet
Close consultative AI product sales with business owner decision-makers
Build and manage a growing residual book of business
Onboard and train additional sales team members as volume scales
Lead and oversee team production with an override compensation structure
Secondary / Growth Duties
Develop product fluency in AI business development and outreach systems
Provide feedback on lead quality and call flow to improve the overall sales process
Collaborate onsite in Lehi during ramp‑up period before transitioning to remote or hybrid
What You Are Not Responsible For
Prospecting or cold outreach
Lead generation
Marketing or campaign management
The role is essentially a closer first, leader second. The progression is pretty clean: master the product and close rate, build residual income, then take on team oversight with override earnings on top.

What the Role Looks Like All of your calls are inbound. Leads are pre‑qualified and booked directly on your calendar. You are not prospecting—you are closing. Currently averaging 20 booked calls per week, with volume scaling to hundreds per week during speaking engagements and event seasons. Every call is conducted via Google Meet with a B2B decision‑maker who has raised their hand.
This is a technical sale in the AI space. You do not need a technical background— you need to understand business problems and communicate ROI clearly. We will get you up to speed on the product fast.
Compensation Structure
10% commission on the first month of every deal you close (deals range from $2,500‑$6,000 initial payment, then the client fee is $1,500‑$5,000 ongoing monthly)
1% residual on every client's ongoing monthly fee for as long as they remain a client
Override on volume produced by team members you bring up and lead
No cap. No ceiling. The residual book of business you build is yours.
