Sales Support Coordinator II
located in
Atlanta, GA.
This sales support position will empower our sales force by providing on-the-spot quoting ability for repair, service and modernization opportunities by supporting profitable sales and service to exceed customer expectations.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
Generate high-quality, accurate quotes upon request from the sales staff.
Build strong employee to employee relationships with internal customers.
Creatively develop solutions to improve the speed and utility of the Inside Sales role.
Work to improve the data integrity and functionality of the Customer Resource Management (CRM) application.
Ensure all quoting activity is reported in CRM accurately and correctly.
Act as a sponsor for change as new facets of the CRM/BigMachines applications are published.
Use CRM software to input customer information, log created proposals and run sales reports.
Assist account managers with the generation of sales proposals and renewals of maintenance contracts.
Assist account managers and sales manager in developing customer presentations.
Other duties as assigned.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
Bachelor’s degree with 2-3 years related experience; equivalent combination of education and experience may be substituted.
1-2 years experience in a CRM environment
Experience with customer service, sales and office administration necessary.
Strong customer service focus.
Excellent communication skills.
Strong computer skills.
A cultivated attention to detail.
