Monday - Friday 8am -5pm plus availability evenings and weekends on occasion Pay Range:

$50,000 - $69,000 base annual salary + commissions

Position Summary The Spirits Sales Representative is responsible for driving sales and brand awareness of the company’s spirits portfolio across the assigned territory. This role requires building strong relationships with retail and on-premise accounts, educating customers on products, and executing strategic sales initiatives. The ideal candidate is passionate about the spirits industry, results-driven, and able to represent the brand with professionalism and expertise.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute sales strategies to grow volume, market share, and profitability within the territory

Successful sale, distribution, and placement of all products in on-premise and off-premise accounts

Identify new business opportunities and build relationships with key decision-makers in existing and potential accounts

Conduct promotions in accounts on a regular basis and when required

Provide market feedback to the Spirits ASM on competitive activity, customer needs, and emerging trends

Organize and execute POS materials at all accounts, properly merchandising with permanent and paper POS

Handle customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner

Maintain a regular schedule of weekly appointments with accounts in assigned territory

Assist in the development and expansion of the entire Craft MA portfolio

Support general sales team to field and follow up on leads, consult on beverage programs, and be available for supplemental tasting appointments and product information

Execute specific programs and work with supplier brands, as assigned

Maintain accurate records of sales activity, account information, and performance metrics in company systems

Achieve or exceed individual monthly and quarterly sales targets and contribute to overall team objectives.

Qualifications + Requirements

Minimum 2 years of sales experience in beverage industry, specifically with spirits and wine

BA/BS in Business Administration or related, preferred

WSET Spirits, Level 2 or willingness to achieve

Strong knowledge of spirits, cocktails, and the alcohol beverage market

Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills

Proven ability to build and maintain customer relationships

Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage a territory independently

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required
