Role Description This is an on-site, full-time role for an Inside Sales professional located in Hillside, NJ. The Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for assisting customers with their inquiries, providing product knowledge and recommendations, processing orders, preparing quotes, and maintaining strong customer relationships. Experience in commercial PVF/Heating is preferable.
Qualifications
Experience in sales, customer service, or related fields
Strong communication and interpersonal skills for providing excellent customer support and building client relationships
Knowledge of plumbing supplies, commercial boilers, hot water, PVF, system design
Proficiency in using sales and inventory management systems, computers, and standard office software
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities
Problem-solving skills and attention to detail
