Summary of This Role TheSalesSuccessBusiness Analyst will support the strategic vision of the globalstrategy and revenue enablementecosystem by working as the primary liaison between Sales (the business) andsales success, partnercompand pricing enablement teams. In this high-visibility role, you will work closely with various stakeholders to analyzeSMB business salesrequirements and recommend solutions and enhancements to improve andoptimizeuser journeys, experiences, and maximize operational efficiencies.

You will use your collaborative and innovative problem-solving skills to ensure alignment withbusinessstandards and best practiceswhen gatheringrequirements, analyzing business processes, and assessing feasibility.

This role advocates for the business while partnering with the Salesstakeholdersto execute thestrategic sales and pricing enablement roadmapacross the GP landscape.

What Part Will You Play?

Leadsthe sales acceleration effortsand advocates global Sales requirements by incorporating change management, planning, andmaintaininga positive organizational outlook on the overall effort and future vision.

Works with the Sales and technology teams, subject matter experts,usersand other business stakeholders to perform business analysis andconductsemployee and customer research to support the program’s vision, roadmap, and content presentations.

Liaise with various stakeholders to gather, analyze, and propose solutions thatoptimizeprocesses and performance of salesprocesses

Work with business stakeholders (sales and account management) to synthesize customer and stakeholder feedback,identifyrequirements, appropriately adjust the priority ofdeliverablesand prioritize the business backlog.

Create project specification documents such as process flow diagrams, capability maps, businessrequirements documents.

Owns the documentation of complex Business process

Leads andfacilitatesdiscovery and scoping sessions with stakeholders and document all key business requirements

Articulate to business stakeholders the value ofrecommended solutionsand approach

Understands business process and potential constraints to defineoptimaland reasonable project scope and expectations

Incorporatesexperience, business savvy, creative and out-of-the-box thinking in solutions working with Architect

Demonstratestrong leadershipand communication skills

IdentifiesandbuildsKPI reporting for all aspects of the team to provide business reporting.

Establishes solid credibility on behalf of self and with business stakeholders

What Are We Looking For in This Role? Minimum Qualifications

Preferred Qualifications

5+ years of experience inAcquiringindustry, with project-minded experience.

Experience collaborating with business stakeholders, business process owners, technical projectmanagersand technical teams to execute business analysis tasks

Working knowledge of security concepts such as single sign on and data security (Shield)

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
