Senior Business Central Product Owner - Hybrid | Tampa, FL
Our client, a growing end-user organization based in Tampa, is seeking a Senior Business Central Product Owner to lead the ongoing evolution of their Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central platform. This is a hybrid role offering the opportunity to work closely with business leadership and technology teams to shape the roadmap, optimize processes, and maximize the value of their ERP investment.
This role is ideal for someone who combines deep Business Central expertise with strong business acumen, and enjoys acting as the bridge between stakeholders and technical teams.
Key Responsibilities
*
Own the product roadmap and strategic direction for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. *
Partner with business leaders across finance, operations, supply chain, and sales to identify opportunities for system improvements. *
Gather and translate business requirements into clear user stories and functional specifications. *
Prioritize enhancements, integrations, and new features to ensure alignment with business goals. *
Work closely with internal teams and external partners on implementations, upgrades, and system enhancements. *
Lead UAT processes, ensure successful releases, and drive user adoption across the organization. *
Continuously evaluate workflows and recommend improvements leveraging Business Central capabilities.
Qualifications
*
5+ years of experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (or Dynamics NAV). *
Proven experience in a Product Owner, ERP Lead, or Business Systems role. *
Strong understanding of finance, operations, or supply chain processes within ERP environments. *
Experience managing ERP roadmaps, enhancements, and stakeholder engagement. *
Ability to translate complex business needs into actionable system solutions. *
Strong communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionally with both technical and non-technical teams.
