Active Life and Health and Property and Casualty insurance licenses are required.

Job Description
Provide technical support to Client Executives by analyzing client needs, coverage forms, and quotations.
Complete applications, submit to carriers, and follow up on quotations and policy issuance.
Manage renewals, including coverage reviews, strategy discussions, and carrier negotiations.
Prepare summaries of insurance, proposals, binders, certificates, and endorsements.
Review policies and audits for accuracy and facilitate necessary corrections.
Respond to client inquiries regarding benefits and coverage changes.
Support billing processes, invoicing, and collections in accordance with agency procedures.
Assist with open enrollment preparation and client materials as needed.
Position Requirements
Advanced knowledge of insurance products, markets, rating, and underwriting procedures.
Strong ability to analyze complex insurance situations and communicate options clearly.
Proficiency in Outlook, Excel, Word, and agency management systems.
Ability to manage multiple complex projects in a fast-paced environment.
Strong negotiation, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with team members.
