What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Develop and maintain strategic business relationships with brokerage firms, consulting houses, and General Agencies
Meet or exceed activity goals related to client meetings, proposals, and annual premium sales
Generate proposals for various Group Insurance products for clients in the target market
Provide consultative analysis and recommendations to partners and prospective clients
Coordinate and track client events, meetings, and proposals with the Regional Account Manager
What is Required (Qualifications)
3+ years of experience in sales or marketing within the Group Insurance sector
Proven sales experience in the Houston, Texas territory
Life and Health Insurance licenses specific to the State of Texas
Strong ability to develop trust and credibility with clients
Excellent communication skills

Self-motivated, goal-oriented individual with a strong ownership mentality
