As an Account Manager at FRUSELVA USA, you will be the primary liaison between the company and our clients, ensuring their needs are met while fostering long-term loyalty. You will play a crucial role in driving growth by managing and expanding existing accounts, working closely with our Sales, Operations, and Projects teams.

Responsibilities

Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with clients.

Act as the first point of contact, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing timely, tailored information.

Ensure the most suitable and immediate solutions to meet client needs.

Regularly communicate progress to various departments within the company.

Identify opportunities to increase volumes and expand portfolios.

Monitor and report key account metrics.

Coordinate with the sales team to develop new opportunities.

Collaborate with the Projects team to ensure the successful launch of new initiatives.

Work with the Quality team to provide timely and satisfactory responses to any requirements.

Partner with the Operations team to maintain the highest service levels.

Collaborate with the Accounting team to monitor payments and ensure compliance with agreed terms.

Requirements

Experience as an Account Manager or similar role preferred.

Strong ability to communicate, present, and influence effectively at all organizational levels.

Proficiency in CRM and MS Office, particularly MS Excel.

Experience in providing solutions focused on customer satisfaction.

Ability to manage multiple projects with attention to detail.

Background in Business Administration, Sales, or related fields.

Fluency in English and Spanish required.
