What You’ll Do:
Leverage our high-quality leads and marketing tools to grow your client base.
Conduct market research to provide clients with expert advice on pricing, trends, and property values.
Negotiate contracts and represent clients’ best interests with professionalism and integrity.
Collaborate with our team to deliver seamless, top-tier service and contribute to our collective success.
What We’re Looking For
Active real estate license in Tennessee or a motivated individual committed to obtaining their license within 30 days and pursuing a rewarding career in real estate
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a client-first mindset.
Self-motivated, organized, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Team player with a positive attitude and a passion for real estate.
Experience in real estate is a plus, but we welcome ambitious new agents with a willingness to learn.
Proficiency with CRM tools, social media, and real estate technology is a bonus.
Available evenings and weekends.
