Sales Coordinator

The Sales Coordinator is responsible for identifying and managing essential parts for equipment, coordinating with key department leaders, and supporting sales efforts to deliver customer experience. This role ensures the alignment of essential parts with equipment, facilitates customer engagement, and supports the successful launch of new products.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Process web orders, credit card authorizations, update tracking information on aging purchase orders, adjust orders to correct shipping option.

Act as a primary point of contact for customers regarding parts, pricing, parts packages, parts package presentations, e-commerce and portal presentations.

Work with Finance department to move orders through sales funnel, work with equipment team on new opportunities for parts sales, coordinate parts shipping with equipment team and warehouse operations.

Collaborating with marketing, purchasing and operation teams to support parts sales and ensure inventory availability for parts packages.

Create Part Packages using IQ software, convert Parts Package to official order in ASW, maintain parts order pipeline.

Maintain and update essential parts in the ASW master file, ensuring accuracy and relevance.

Work with Director of parts to support campaigns, promotions, and specials to increase sales conversions and customer satisfaction.

Identify and address gaps in essential parts for all games.

Work with manufacturers to obtain and update essential parts lists.

Organize and conduct Parts Package review meetings with customers.

Monitor IQ quotes to identify and track potential sales opportunities.

Collaborate with equipment sales representatives to identify key account contacts and strengthen customer relationships.

Perform additional duties as assigned.

Responsible for following up with customers who do not accept parts packages to address concerns and improve acceptance rates.

Qualifications

Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to work collaboratively across teams and build relationships with internal and external customers.

Problem-solving mindset with a focus on customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
