Our culture is defined by our entrepreneurial spirit and all that comes with it: innovation, client centricity and an indomitable will to win.**Job Summary:**The Surety Account Manager will assist customers in identifying and providing for their bond needs; working directly with the client and carrier representatives in handling the execution and billing of bonds for our clients.**Responsibilities:*** Interact with clients in responding to their bond specific needs, i.e., contract documents, bond forms, rating and billing questions, etc.* Interact with surety company representatives in handling transactional related information/issues in the administration of the bond programs of our clients, i.e., premium billings, rating issues, contract documents, bond forms, bid results, etc.* Prepare client-specific documents i.e. Prequalification Letters, Affidavits, Bond Authentication Form* Process billing transactions for Accounting Department.* Work within the agency management system’s electronic file management specific to our surety clients.
SuretyWave and Applied Epic* Continue to pursue professional development as applicable**Requirements:*** Insurance license for NJ or ability to obtain one upon hire* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal* Proficiency with the MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.)* Strong organizational skills and ability to perform in a deadline-driven environment* Strong commitment to customer service**Education/Experience:*** High School Diploma* 3-5 years of surety experience; brokerage experience is a plusPay Details:The base compensation range for this position is $75,000 - $90,000. This range reflects Acrisure's good faith estimate at the time of this posting.
