Upbeat, positive, and enthusiastic attitude
Proficiency in multi‑tasking, follow‑through, and follow‑up
Strong communication skills, both oral and written

Ability to tactfully handle stressful and difficult situations
Responsibilities
Immediately greet all customers entering the office in a friendly and helpful manner
Process customer policy change requests
Take premium payments from customers
Follow up with customers to assure satisfaction, respond to queries, offer additional insurance protection, and solve or refer problems
Foster strong relationships with our customers to maintain a high level of client retention and product loyalty
Present and explain insurance policy options based on prospective client needs and their personal goals
Provide customers with additional information about new products and services
