We're seeking someone to join our team as a Voluntary Corporate Actions Associate in Wealth Management Operations to support the accurate and timely processing of voluntary corporate action events across global markets while managing risk and meeting critical market deadlines. In the Operations division we partner with business units across the Firm to support financial transactions, devise and implement effective controls, and develop client relationships. This is an Associate position at the P2 job level within Core Services, responsible for performing and managing product-agnostic and centralized operational services across several businesses and products. What you'll do in the role

Execute day-to-day voluntary corporate actions processing activities across global markets leveraging knowledge of systems, market practices, and financial instruments. Recognize and escalation risk in daily processes, contributing to control enhancements and process improvements. Build strong working relationships within the team and with internal stakeholders, sharing knowledge to support collective outcomes. Participate in projects and initiatives supporting operational efficiency, risk reduction, and timely execution. Support the end-to-end lifecycle of voluntary corporate action events, including announcement validation, election processing, entitlement calculation, reconciliation, and posting to books and records. What you'll bring to the role

Ability to establish clear goals and priorities, address non-standard issues within area of expertise, and execute responsibilities with minimal guidance and supervision. Subject matter knowledge in the business area supported, with an understanding of client requirements and the importance of maintaining strong controls while meeting business needs. Commitment to acting with integrity and accountability; serve as a culture carrier across Operations by embracing the Firm's core values. Ability to collaborate effectively within a team-oriented environment, contribute diverse perspectives, and build productive relationships with internal stakeholders. Strong attention to detail and sound judgment when managing time-sensitive high-volume operational processes. At least 2 years of relevant experience generally expected to develop the skills required for this role. Expected base pay rates for the role will be $65,000.00-$102,500.00 per year at the commencement of employment. Base pay if hired will be determined on an individualized basis and is only part of the total compensation package, which may also include commission earnings, incentive compensation, discretionary bonuses, other short- and long-term incentive packages, and other Morgan Stanley sponsored benefit programs.
