Essential Job Functions

Receive, review, and accurately enter customer orders into the CMS system.

Verify pricing, quantities, shipping instructions, and payment terms.

Pick, package, label, and weigh products for shipment while maintaining complete documentation, including photos and data entry in the CRM system.

Monitor order progress from entry through delivery to ensure timely fulfillment.

Track, trace, and update the status of incoming returns and outgoing shipments.

Maintain accurate, organized records of all products shipped and received.

Update shipping information in the CRM system, spreadsheets, and other software tools.

Collaborate with the sales team to provide accurate shipping quotes, including duties and taxes when applicable.

Inventory & Supply Coordination

Check product availability and coordinate with the manufacturing team to meet order deadlines.

Communicate inventory shortages, delays, or fulfillment issues promptly.

Maintain physical inventory and reconcile with digital inventory systems.

Assist with cycle counts and inventory reconciliation as needed.

Organize and stock shelves while ensuring the warehouse remains clean, safe, and well-maintained.

Manage and replenish shipping supplies to support daily operations.
