Own the product vision, strategy, and delivery of a multi‑tenant SaaS platform that maximizes
vehicle uptime , lowers
total cost of ownership , and simplifies
maintenance operations
for commercial fleets (trucks, vans, buses). You will translate real‑world fleet maintenance needs into a compelling roadmap and lead cross‑functional teams to deliver high‑quality outcomes—balancing customer value, technical feasibility, and business impact.
Define and continuously refine the
product vision , value proposition, and target personas (fleet manager, maintenance planner, workshop manager, technician, CFO/COO).
Structure discovery (customer interviews, field ride‑alongs, usability tests, pilots) to validate problems and solutions—turn insights into
prioritized outcomes
and hypotheses.
Segment fleet customer needs (size, industry, internal/external workshops, EV vs. ICE) to shape a
modular/SKU strategy
and packaging/pricing recommendations.
Partner with data science and engineering to shape
predictive maintenance
capabilities (fault code ingestion, anomaly detection, RUL/health scoring) grounded in real operational data.
Own the
product backlog , write crisp
user stories
and
acceptance criteria , and drive
prioritization
across development teams with clear trade‑offs (value, risk, effort).
Lead
increment planning
and
release management ; ensure the platform meets
non‑functional requirements
(reliability, performance, security, scalability, cost).
Deliver core maintenance workflows:
Telematics ingestion & diagnostics
(CAN, OEM APIs, tachograph, OBD‑II/J1939, DTCs)
Maintenance planning
(OEM schedules, PM plans, inspections, compliance reminders—e.g., TÜV/HU)
Work order management
(estimates, labor, parts, warranty, vendor management)
Inventory & parts
(stock levels, reorder points, supplier integrations)
Scheduling & dispatch
(shop capacity, bay/technician allocation, route‑aware planning)
Analytics & reporting
(uptime
