
Strategic Field Sales Executive

Job Description The Field Sales Account Executive is regionally based and maintains responsibility for proactively maintaining existing client accounts and acquiring whitespace in a multi-state assigned territory. The role uncovers and closes sales opportunities for Greenway products and services, contributing significantly to client satisfaction and retention.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Drive revenue by meeting with existing accounts, understanding their needs, and delivering the value proposition for Greenway products and services.
Set account and territory plans to exceed sales quota on an annual, quarterly, and monthly basis.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and pipeline generation in Salesforce.com.
Maintain high post‑sales satisfaction facilitating positive long‑term relationships and high potential for repeat business.
Network with industry influencers, professional associations, consultants, and existing clients.
Maintain an understanding of trends/issues within the healthcare industry that affect physician practices.
Represent the company at local and national trade shows, conferences, and customer events.
Meet top‑of‑funnel activity expectations, generating qualified presentations and opportunities to support ongoing pipeline health.
Skills & Requirements Education and Experience
Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
Two (2)+ years of proven commission sales experience in SaaS and the healthcare industry.
Experience selling directly to physicians and Practice Administrators.
Previous experience with customer management programs such as Salesforce.com, ACT, Goldmine, Siebel, etc.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Possess hunger, be engaging, and a road‑warrior willing to travel.
Ability to focus on “smart volume” interactions with current clients and hit monthly top‑of‑funnel new opportunity presentation targets to drive pipeline generation in cross‑sell products.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint).
Understanding of hardware and software operating systems, platforms, and networks.
Strong sales skills including negotiating and persuasion.
Ability to travel up to 75 %.
Work Environment / Physical Demands
Primarily sedentary; work while seated for the majority of the day.
Require regular keyboard use.
Ability to observe a computer screen for extended periods.
Up to 75 % travel required.
