Proven success managing sales operations within a luxury or high‑line dealership environment.

Strong leadership and team development skills- able to motivate and elevate top performers.

Deep understanding of customer satisfaction, brand experience, and high level sales strategy.

Data driven decision making with a relentless focus on performance and profitability.

Qualifications

Proven success managing sales operations within a luxury or high‑line dealership environment.

Strong appreciation and understanding of technology: Paperless workflow and computer literate.

Possesses strong leadership skills with a desire and passion for developing employees.

Merchandise or inventory management experience, preferably in automotive retail or automotive related industry.

Solid sales and service competencies with knowledge of strategies and best practices.

5+ years’ experience as General Sales Manager at a franchise dealership.

Valid Driver’s License
