Keller Williams Memphis is looking for a high-level operator who loves building systems, creating clarity, and elevating the experience inside a growing real estate organization.

This is a Director of Operations seat on our leadership team to drive execution across:

Responsibilities

Agent services & onboarding

Vendor partnerships & B2B programs

Operational systems & workflows

Strategic initiatives & events

Designing and executing elevated agent experiences

You’ll help ensure our agents feel supported, seen, and set up for success — while helping the organization run exceptionally well behind the scenes.

Compensation: $45-60K depending on experience
