Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Commercial Lines Account Manager based in Chattanooga, TN, with opportunities for partial remote work. The Account Manager will focus on managing commercial insurance accounts by providing exceptional customer service, assisting the Account Executive and Producer, and addressing client inquiries. You will work closely with clients and internal teams to ensure seamless coverage solutions and support their insurance needs.
Qualifications
Used to working in a high paced office setting.
Preferred, but not required: Understanding and experience with Commercial Lines Coverage
Strong Account Management and Customer Service skills
Familiarity with business practices
Ability to build and maintain client relationships
Proficiency in software and tools, with the ability to learn quickly
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Licensed in Property and Casualty Insurance (or willingness to obtain within a specified timeframe)
Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
