Construction Superintendent
to lead day-to-day jobsite operations on
high-end custom homes
across Central Florida. If you're a boots-on-the-ground leader who runs safe, organized, and clean sites, drives schedules, holds trades accountable, and protects quality from start to finish--this role is for you.

What You'll Do
As a Construction Superintendent, you'll own the field execution of one or more custom home projects, including:
Manage daily jobsite operations from kickoff through punch-out and closeout
Lead trade partners: coordination, sequencing, accountability, and jobsite expectations
Drive the schedule and proactively solve field issues before they become delays
Ensure workmanship meets high-end custom standards and company checklists
Maintain jobsite safety, cleanliness, and professional presentation
Coordinate inspections, site readiness, and permitting requirements
Track materials, deliveries, and short‑interval planning to keep production moving
Communicate clearly with clients, project managers, designers, vendors, and the internal team
Complete daily logs and updates using tools like
QuickBooks Time ,
MS Office , and UDA

What We're Looking For
3+ years
of superintendent or lead field experience in
custom homes
or
luxury residential remodeling
Strong understanding of residential construction methods, sequencing, and quality control
Confident communicator who can lead trades and keep stakeholders aligned
Organized, schedule-minded, and comfortable with documentation and daily reporting
Working knowledge of building codes and inspections
Proficient with basic tech tools (email, spreadsheets, jobsite software preferred)
Valid driver's license and clean driving record
Spanish fluency is a plus
Compensation & Benefits
$75,000 - $95,000 base salary
(depending on experience)
