
Marketing Manager / Associate Marketing Manager

Ten Little is looking for a Marketing Manager or Associate Marketing Manager to help plan and execute thoughtful, high-impact marketing initiatives across multiple channels.
We are a small, collaborative team, and marketing plays a central role in how families discover, understand, and connect with our brand. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working across all aspects of marketing, from campaigns and lifecycle to partnerships and content, while also bringing deep expertise in at least one area, such as lifecycle marketing, paid acquisition, and partnerships.
This is a hands‑on role with real ownership. The person in this role will help translate product launches, brand initiatives, and business priorities into thoughtful marketing programs that drive both customer acquisition and long‑term relationships with families.
This role reports to the Senior Director of Marketing & Brand.
What You’ll Do: Lead and Execute Marketing Campaigns
Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns tied to product launches, seasonal moments, and brand initiatives
Translate business priorities into compelling marketing initiatives across email, SMS, social, influencer, and paid channels
Manage campaign timelines and coordinate execution across teams
Own and Improve a Core Marketing Channel You will bring deep expertise in at least one of the following areas:
Lifecycle marketing (email/SMS strategy and optimization)
Paid acquisition (Meta, Google, TikTok)
Partnerships and Owned Channels: Influencer, affiliate, PR, social and brand
You will help drive strategy, experimentation, and performance improvements within your focus area.
Strengthen Lifecycle & Customer Engagement
Support and optimize lifecycle marketing programs including email and SMS
Help build thoughtful customer journeys and segmentation strategies that improve retention and repeat purchase
Ensure marketing communications are helpful, educational, and aligned with the Ten Little brand
Develop Partnerships & Community
Develop and manage relationships with influencers, editors, brand partners, and affiliates
Help create collaborative campaigns and partnerships that expand brand reach
Support social media and content initiatives to amplify the brand across channels and strengthen engagement with the Ten Little community
Analyze, Test & Improve
Monitor marketing performance across channels and translate insights into actionable recommendations
Maintain a test‑and‑learn approach to improve acquisition, conversion, and retention
Foster Cross‑Functional Collaboration
Partner closely with Brand, Product, Merchandising, Growth, and CX teams to ensure consistent messaging and smooth execution
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including external agencies, vendors, and media partners
What We’re Looking For:
3-6 years of experience working across multiple marketing channels, ideally within a consumer brand or fast‑paced DTC environment
Deep experience in at least one core area (e.g.; growth, lifecycle, partnerships)
Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including paid and owned media channels (Meta, Google, TikTok), email/SMS platforms (Klaviyo), and affiliate (Impact)
Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and skilled at managing multiple projects simultaneously with strong attention to detail (We’re big on the little things!)
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and metrics to make informed decisions and drive results
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross‑functional teams and external partners
Comfortable assessing and delivering creative feedback with a keen eye for elevated brand aesthetics
Entrepreneurial spirit; comfortable owning outcomes, not just execution in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment
