AI/ML Strategy Consultant – Digital Marketing
OpenKyber is hiring a Workfront Architecture & System Build Consultant for a 6+ month contract in Dublin, Ohio (Remote). The role is a W2 contractor, paid $55–$60 per hour.
Responsibilities
Audit existing eCommerce and Digital Marketing Operations Workfront usage.
Redesign Workfront architecture (portfolios, programs, teams, templates, tasks, routing) to align with the eCommerce campaign lifecycle.
Build new templates, intake forms with logic, and automated workflows, routing, approvals, SLA‑driven timelines, dependencies, and cross‑team handoffs.
Document current processes with cross‑functional teams (Client Services, Production, Design, Analytics, Content, Merchandising, Segmentation) and define standardized “Ways of Working”.
Establish naming conventions, project structures for campaign volume, remove redundancies, and create efficient workflows.
Document all processes in SOPs and prepare training materials.
Assess and recommend Workfront enhancements (Fusion, automated proofs, scenario planning, dashboards, custom statuses, integrations), provide cost/impact estimates, and implement where possible.
Build dashboards for capacity, timelines, project health, workload, SLAs, late tasks, and capacity gaps.
Develop leader‑level views and ensure reporting accuracy across teams.
Serve as a strategic advisor for future Workfront maturity.
Qualifications
Extensive experience with Workfront Architecture & System Build.
Strong workflow design and process optimization skills.
Proficiency in reporting, dashboards, and visibility construction.
Ability to gather requirements from cross‑functional partners and translate them into streamlined solutions.
Experience in eCommerce or digital marketing operations is a plus.
Excellent communication, documentation, and training delivery skills.
Pay & Benefits Pay Range:
$55–$60 per hour (variable based on experience, location, duties, certifications).
