Key Responsibilities
Perform tasks related to all phases of commercial construction, including
Metal stud framing
Drywall installation
Layout and measurements
Cut doors and windows, frames, and perform hardware installation
Carpentry
Framing and finish, interior and exterior
Assist with on-site troubleshooting and problem-solving.
Maintain a safe and clean work environment.
Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
Exhibit pride in your work with attention to detail and quality.
Collaborate with the team to ensure project timelines and objectives are met.
Qualifications
Experience in a similar construction role is preferred, but we are open to training the right candidate.
Proficiency in commercial construction techniques (metal stud framing, drywall, ability to cut doors and windows frames, performance of hardware installation, carpentry; framing and finish, interior and exterior) is a plus.
Night shifts are mandatory—The ability to work nights is non‑negotiable for this role.
Weekend availability—Weekend work may be required depending on project demands and timelines.
Occasional travel—The majority of projects are within daily commuting distance from our offices. However, candidates should be open to occasional travel for assignments located outside the immediate area.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Reliable transportation.
A strong work ethic, reliability, and a desire to learn.
Possesses basic and specialized tools required for the job.
Twice per month pay cycle.
