Long‑term, this person will spend time in both areas, especially Charlotte.

large‑scale, high‑rise construction similar to PDI‑type projects — No small hotels or 2–4 story townhomes.
Position Responsibilities
Lead and manage field crews and foremen on major mechanical construction projects.
Oversee daily site operations, ensuring productivity, safety, and schedule alignment.
Monitor and manage project budgets, labor plans, materials, and equipment.
Perform and review material takeoffs; coordinate timely procurement and delivery.
