Position Responsibilities

Lead and manage field crews and foremen on major mechanical construction projects.

Oversee daily site operations, ensuring productivity, safety, and schedule alignment.

Monitor and manage project budgets, labor plans, materials, and equipment.

Perform and review material takeoffs; coordinate timely procurement and delivery.

Walk jobsites daily to assess progress, resolve issues, and ensure quality control.

Interface with inspectors, general contractors, engineering teams, and subcontractors.

Interpret plans, specifications, and mechanical drawings to guide installation activities.

Support planning meetings, scheduling, sequencing, and coordination with other trades.

Ensure all mechanical work complies with codes, safety standards, and project specifications.

Assist with change orders, field documentation, and project reporting as needed.
