About the role A Sales Lead is an outgoing member of leadership who works in conjunction with the Store Manager to maintain excellent customer service, merchandise presentation, loss prevention, and operation assignments as outlined by the Store Manager and Field Leadership.
What you'll do
Responsibility for all store opening and closing procedures, including taking cash deposits to the bank
Maintain housekeeping and organization of sales floor, backroom, cash wrap and all other areas of the store
Customer service. Provide Gold Star service to all customers and lead the team in sales
Lead the team by achieving sales goals and KPI benchmarks
Cash register efficiency. Including cash handling, discounts, exchanges and returns
Product receiving, processing, inventory control, and product merchandising
Complete price adjustments and markdown processes
Uphold loss prevention standards and secure store assets and property of böhme
Report any customer or employee concerns / incidents to Store Manager
Participation in leadership development programs, meetings, and completion of training materials
Performs all other duties as assigned
Qualifications
Minimum high school education or equivalent
At least one-year supervisory or leadership experience or equivalent education
Excellent organization, verbal and written skills
Ability to work POS, and other store computer applications
Hours: 15-29 (must be willing to work weekends)
