What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

Serve as the primary insights partner for high-visibility product launches, ensuring research findings inform go-to-market and brand strategy

Translate key business questions into holistic learning plans, prioritizing and interrogating research requests

Design and execute impactful quantitative and qualitative research, including foundational studies and campaign evaluations

Analyze and synthesize product usage data and consumer insights to develop actionable strategic recommendations

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maximize the impact of marketing and product investments

What is Required (Qualifications)

8+ years of experience in market research, consumer insights, or strategic consulting

Proven ability to design and execute both quantitative and qualitative research programs

Experience influencing strategy and decision-making while embedded in marketing or product teams

Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis tools (e.g., SPSS, R, Python, SQL)

Excellent communication and presentation skills with a demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

Experience in brand building, brand strategy development, and product marketing

Familiarity with AI products, features, or technology marketing

Background in social media, entertainment, or consumer technology sectors

High fluency in AI-powered research tools and methodologies

Master's or PhD in a relevant field (marketing, psychology, communications, social sciences, statistics)
