MedFlow is hiring a results-driven field sales representative to own the Atlanta regional territory, introducing primary care practices to our AI-powered automation workflows. Location: Atlanta, GA (field-based with regional travel) Type: Full Time Experience: 0-10 years (healthcare sales preferred) About MedFlow
MedFlow helps healthcare organizations close care gaps, improve patient outcomes, and maximize value-based care performance through automation. We reduce the administrative burden on care teams by automating operational workflows and enabling timely patient outreach. Our platform supports real-time patient cohorts, clinical automation, and integrations with Athenahealth and other leading healthcare tools, serving primary care and other practices focused on population health management. The Role
This is a territory sales role focused on direct practice outreach across Atlanta metro and the surrounding region, including Georgia and surrounding states. You will own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close, selling packaged automation workflows designed for small primary care practices with clear economic impact and a straightforward implementation path. Key Responsibilities
Own the Atlanta territory through in-person outreach and practice visits Build and manage a consistent pipeline with a target of 10 or more practice visits per week Educate practice owners and administrators on workflow automation value using case studies and ROI tools Deliver product demos and close new business with a target of 2 to 3 deals per month Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to contract signature Coordinate handoff to implementation and maintain strong customer relationships through go-live Share market feedback, objections, and competitive insights with leadership to improve messaging and packaging Develop familiarity with Athenahealth-oriented workflows and speak confidently to the operational realities of primary care teams Required Qualifications
Self-starter who is comfortable working independently in a field-based role Strong motivation tied to performance and commission Comfortable with high-volume outreach and handling rejection professionally Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Based in Atlanta or willing to relocate Strong communication, presentation, and follow-up discipline Preferred Qualifications
Experience selling into Athenahealth practices or comparable EHR ecosystem experience Experience selling directly to physician practices, clinics, or medical groups Familiarity with primary care operations and day-to-day clinic workflows Strong hunter profile and comfort building pipeline from scratch Existing relationships in the Atlanta-area healthcare ecosystem Education
