6 months About The Role

Sanofi’s contingent workforce program, FLEXT Direct, is seeking a HEOR / Health Economics Associate for a 6-month contract to support the Rare Diseases portfolio. This role will provide economic evidence generation and support market access activities under the supervision of senior HEVA (Health Economics & Value Assessment) team members. Key Responsibilities

Contribute to the execution of approved HEVA studies, monitoring timelines and budgets. Assist in the development and adaptation of health economic models for country-specific needs. Coordinate with internal teams, including Market Access, Medical Affairs, and Clinical Development. Support the preparation of submission documents for reimbursement authorities and HTA bodies. Monitor the market access environment and regulatory developments. Assist in project management activities: tracking deliverables, reporting, and stakeholder coordination. Required Qualifications

1–2 years of experience in HEOR, market access, or the pharmaceutical environment (significant internship experience accepted). Knowledge of fundamental principles of health economics and Health Technology Assessment (HTA). Demonstrated project management experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with strong skills in Excel and PowerPoint. Ability to work effectively in a team within a matrix and multicultural environment. Master’s degree (Bac+5) in health economics, public health, pharmacy, or a related scientific discipline OR a Bachelors degree plus 5+ years relevant experience. Preferred Skills / Attributes

Strong analytical and synthesis skills. Experience supporting global teams and coordinating across multiple stakeholders. Pharma industry experience is required.
