Customer Appointment Specialist (Sales Support) Sam Leman Automotive Group

Sam Leman Automotive Group is looking for motivated, people-friendly individuals to join our team as

Customer Appointment Specialists . This role focuses on helping customers who have already shown interest in buying a vehicle by answering questions and scheduling appointments with our sales team.

If you enjoy talking with people, staying organized, and earning extra money based on your performance, this could be a great opportunity for you.

What You'll Do

Respond to customers who inquire online, by phone, or by text about vehicles

Answer basic questions and provide helpful information

Schedule appointments for customers to visit the dealership

Follow up with interested customers to see if they’d like to come in

Work closely with our sales team to ensure customers have a great experience

How You Earn This position offers a

base pay plus performance bonuses .

You’ll earn additional pay for:

Customers who

show up to their scheduled appointment

Customers who

purchase a vehicle after their appointment

Your effort and communication skills directly impact how much you can earn.

What We're Looking For

Friendly and confident communicating with people

Comfortable talking on the phone, texting, and emailing customers

Organized and able to follow up with multiple customers

Motivated by performance incentivesSales or customer service experience is helpful but

not required
