Community Bridges, Inc. (CBI) is an integrated behavioral healthcare agency offering a variety of programs throughout Arizona, Oklahoma, and the District of Columbia. CBI provides residential, outpatient, inpatient, patient‑centered medical homes, medication‑assisted treatment, and crisis services to individuals experiencing crisis, opioid use disorder, homelessness, and mental illness.
CBI is the premiere non‑profit fully integrated healthcare provider of substance use and behavioral health programs in Arizona, including prevention, education and treatment using cutting‑edge, nationally recognized, evidence‑based models.
Job Summary The Senior Manager will oversee Managers and Supervisors and the operations for the programs. The Sr. Manager is responsible for providing guidance and direction to Managers and Supervisors, including training staff, scheduling, ensuring staff have required skills and knowledge, and enforcing agency policy and procedure. The position also involves staffing and shadowing staff assigned for quality assurance, Dayforce maintenance, scheduling, time‑card review, PTO approval, and disciplinary review. Staff oversight will include compliance with required patient interactions according to the Arizona Administrative Code (AAC), Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities (CARF), and CBI Policies and Procedures.
Skills and Requirements
High‑school diploma or GED required; associate’s degree or higher in a field related to behavioral health preferred.
2–5 years of experience in a behavioral health setting preferred.
Minimum of one (1) year of recovery from substance use and/or mental health disorders preferred.
Possession of Behavioral Health Technician (BHT) in accordance with A.A.C. R9‑10‑101.33 and CBI Clinical Policies and Procedures.
Arizona Fingerprint Clearance card preferred.
Peer Certification preferred.
