Role Description This is an on-site role for a Business Development Representative on a 6-month contract, specializing in B2B SaaS Sales. In this role, you will identify and generate leads, manage the sales pipeline, and conduct outreach to potential clients. You will nurture relationships with prospective customers, understand their business needs, and work closely with the sales team to convert leads into clients.

Role Description

As a Sales/Business Development Representative, you will work closely with management to identify new opportunities and reach out to potential customers via calls, email & LinkedIn to set up discovery calls.

Develop sales opportunities by researching and identifying potential accounts.

Handling all incoming customer queries on our live chat.

Build and nurture relationships with prospects through thoughtful follow‑up and consistent engagement

Stay current with market trends, competitive landscapes, and emerging opportunities

Maintain accurate and organized records in Hubspot

Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to align strategies and messaging for effective lead generation and conversion

What we are looking for

Strong interest in launching a career in technology sales

Tenacious, self‑starting mindset with a collaborative spirit

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail

Comfortable learning new tools and systems (Hubspot experience a plus)

Prior experience in sales or customer service preferred, but not required

Knowledge or interest in investment management and financial services

Bachelor’s degree preferred

Bonus - Experience with sales enablement or prospecting tools (e.g., Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator)

$3,000 - $5,000 a month
