Regional/Field Marketing creates and executes the local marketing plan as the market level experts within their business region. The Regional/Field Marketing Manager is responsible for assisting the Sr. Regional/Field Marketing Manager in the annual planning, development, managing and evaluation of marketing plans and budgets within their territory. They proactively source and execute regional marketing opportunities that align with marketing strategy and support sales objectives.
Accountabilities:
Execute regional marketing plan
Lead Wholesaler marketing communication
Develop customized media plans with wholesalers
Champion Brand Standards and National Marketing Plan
Adopt and adapt US playbook for local markets, performance reporting, and agency roster management.

Skills Needed To Be Successful:
Bachelor’s Degree & 4-6 years of experience in Marketing within the Alc/Bev or CPG sector.
Experience with 360 Marketing (Regional Media Planning, A&P Planning, and Events & Sponsorships)
Proven ability to think creatively, coupled with strong analytical and project management skills
Compensation:
Compensation offered to prospective Team Members has taken internal equity into consideration and can vary depending on a positions’ location. The final agreed upon wage may vary based on the job‑related knowledge, skills, and experience of the individual.
