In this role, you will leverage your expertise in ServiceNow to architect and deploy cutting-edge solutions that facilitate digital transformation for our clients. Accountabilities
Lead project teams to deploy solutions on the ServiceNow platform
Architect and design complex solutions
Create written deliverables for project documentation
Facilitate client demos and working sessions
Conduct integration design sessions
Facilitate client workshops as a process expert
Act as an escalation point for project teams
Influence team members and stakeholders on new concepts
Maintain and obtain relevant certifications
Provide technical expertise during the pre-sales cycle
Deliver thought leadership to internal teams and clients
Communicate effectively with external customers on complex issues
Craft innovative solutions for client requirements
Drive consensus among customers on complex solutions
Coordinate projects that address future technologies
Requirements
Expert in ServiceNow platform (ITSM/ITOM preferred)
Significant experience in at least two process areas within ServiceNow
Strong development skills on the ServiceNow platform
Recognized expertise in relevant technical areas
Ability to articulate architectural trade-offs
Strong integration skills with third-party tools
Excellent presentation and communication skills
High attention to detail and project awareness
Self-starter with problem-solving capabilities
Willing to travel at least 25%
