What You'll Do:

Oversee all health and wellness services for assisted living residents, ensuring regulatory compliance

Supervise nursing and direct care staff, including hiring, training, and performance management

Conduct resident assessments, care planning, and medication oversight

Coordinate care with physicians, families, and case workers

Maintain resident records, policies, procedures, and provide on‑call support as needed

What You'll Need:

Active LVN license in the state of California required

Leadership experience required

Assisted living experience required

Must be at least 21 years of age

Must speak fluent English
